The service
BuildGist explains what coding agents did in your repositories. BuildGist Cloud shows those explanations in your browser. It is an early public release, provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop; we will try to give notice of changes that matter.
BuildGist was called RunStory before version 0.4: the same service, under a new name.
Explanations can be wrong
Explanations are written by a model and may be incomplete or mistaken. They do not replace your own review of code before you rely on it, merge it or ship it.
Your code and your responsibility
You are responsible for the repositories you use BuildGist with, and for having the right to do so. You keep all rights to your code and data; you let BuildGist Cloud store and display what your computer sends it, only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use BuildGist to:
- collect or exfiltrate secrets or data from systems you do not own or have permission to use;
- attack, overload or disrupt the service, or probe it without permission;
- create accounts automatically or in bulk, or otherwise evade the service's limits.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or endangers the service.
Limits
Free accounts have resource limits (connected computers, projects, storage). When one is reached, BuildGist Cloud stops accepting new events; nothing on your computer is affected.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. To the extent the law allows, BuildGist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
